When asking Entrepreneurs what have they learned from running a business ?

• No one will care about your business as much as you do. And you are the pulse of your business. So good or bad you are always in control and can always change your situation.

• The most valuable skill in the world is sales. I had no experience in it before neither started because of it, but I know the success of any business is purely dictated by how many sales it does. The skill itself is to be able to communicate an idea to one person, so they agree and act on it.

• Being an entrepreneur is more about solving problems and having a great team around you. With a great team, you can accomplish anything.

• You can't control everything, so you can either try to change what is happening or change your attitude about it. There is a silver lining in every situation; you just need to look harder.

• Your business can be whatever you want it to be and go as fast as you want it to as long as you are willing to put the work in. The first half of this year has taught me the importance of being adaptable and willing to change. Not being naive to thinking that your business is just one-dimensional. Never get comfortable; always be looking to move the needle.

What I learned from their answers is that YOU make you business, so take care of yourself, develop yourself, have a great mentor to help you get to your goals so you can turn around and do the same for your team.
